Germans pretty easy, and Japanese is SUPER easy when you get past the alphabet:) English is actually the hardest language to learn.

Yeah that's what makes it hard to learn, but what I do is just not think how I learned it and only think of how Japanese word order is. I find myself speaking jibberish to my mom sometimes when I do thisXD

Conjugate is like there's a different verb for each pronoun. Like I am, you are, he/she/it is, they are, we are, so on and so forth:)
German does that and it can be confusing at times.
